I am available for a range of project work, using my knowledge and skill in psychology, team development, senior management within health services and clinical experience. This includes providing the workshops/courses for In-house groups as well as tailored in-house training to address identified development needs of staff groups.

Examples include: 

  • A ‘Test of Change’ project to redesign service delivery and embed strengths-based approach.
  • Develop a training programme for a local authority social services department to improve supervised contacts and assessments
  • To write and deliver a senior managers development course to support the implementation of a new clinical service.
  • To assist health service manager to bid for a perinatal service.
  • To advise clinical director on response to an evaluation
  • To assist in developing a supervision training programme to implement new midwifery supervision model, including structuring and editing of clinical skills video.
  • To work with teams struggling to integrate following organisational change.
